By posting User Content, you grant Age Proof Performance a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Forum.

6.4 No Obligation to Monitor; Right to Remove

Age Proof Performance is not responsible for User Content posted by community members. While we will make commercially reasonable efforts to moderate the Forum, we:

IN NO EVENT SHALL AGE PROOF PERFORMANCE’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ACCESS THE FORUM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

Does not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content
Is not liable for any damages arising from your use of third-party services

12. TERMINATION

Age Proof Performance reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Forum at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

We may delete your account and User Content
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect

13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Age Proof Performance reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Forum shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Wisconsin, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
